The frame has a slacker 64deg head tube angle and even better VPP with a reconfigured layout for improved pivot placement/suspension and a lower anti-squat that equates to a smoother and more efficient ride. The frame features a Glovebox in the down tube for additional storage, 29" wheels, internal cable routing, integrated frame and chain stay protection, and clearance for up to 29x2. 5" tires. The S version of the Santa Cruz Hightower 4 C comes with a SRAM GX Eagle 12-speed drivetrain. With an 10-50T cassette on the rear, you'll have no issues climbing the steepest hills or pedaling through demanding terrain. SRAM DB8 Stealth hydraulic disc brakes provide reliable stopping power so you can descend under control. Reserve 30|TR AL wheels are paired with Maxxis Minion tires that can be set up tubeless for a smoother ride, better traction, and fewer flats. With the One Up Dropper Post, you can quickly lift and lower your saddle with the press of a lever.
