Warmth That Adjusts to You Three settings cover everyday comfort: Low (about 86AdegF), Mid (about 104AdegF), and High (about 122AdegF). BOOST runs at about 131AdegF for up to 20 minutes for a fast warm-up. SLEEP runs a 7.5-hour program that warms before bed, eases off while you sleep, and warms again before you wake. A 60, 120, or 240-minute shutoff timer means it never runs longer than you want. Packs Down, Keeps Up At about 27.6 by 17.7 inches, the pad fits a camping chair or a sleeping bag.
